ok so can anyone say emotional!!!! lol this has been me this entire week. it has been crazy. i really am ok and i am absolutely loving everything about being up here but man have i been super emotional this week. :) first i ended up starting my job on saturday of this past weekend. it was so crazy buys too! they were having a big sale this weekend to sorta kick off the holiday season and it was a mad house. :) i was so tired by the time i got home sat night (well technically sunday morning). then sunday i got up and went to my last starting point class and then worship. then since my church is about 40 minutes away i stay in durham on sunday afternoons and do some homework between church and awana. so i went to target and then barnes and noble and then went back to the church for awana.
i am loving helping out with awana. i am with one of the k-2nd grade groups (team yellow!) it so much fun to see these 5-8 years old learning so much. i had one little boy tell me 4 bible verses from memory last week. it really is so cool how much work God does in these little ones lives. it really brings joy to my heart to help lead these children in any way that i can. :)
school is still going really well. i am still loving it but boy am i ready for a week out! although it won't be very relaxing between working, writing a paper, and catching up on readings, it will still be nice to not have to go to class for a few days. i still really wish i could make it back to alabama for at least a few days but i know that i can't and it won't be too much longer until christmas break. hopefully i will be in town for at least 2 weeks for christmas. well i guess that is pretty much it for tonight. i just wanted to drop in a note real quick. i hope everyone is doing well! and as always i miss you all
